Highlife musician Dada KD has dipped his tongue in the VGMA issues and has stated categorically that the award scheme is unfair and biased.

Dada KD who appeared as a guest on an entertainment show on TV Africa voiced his displeasure and could not fathom how Shatta Wale was awarded in a Highlife category when he never deserved and therefore blamed Chaterterhouse as the cause of the fight between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.

He, therefore, warned Charterhouse, organizers of the VGMA not to ever nominate him in any category in their subsequent award schemes because he was denied nominations at the time he felt he deserved and for that matter does not need them anymore.
