Ghanaians woke up to very disturbing news on Sunday which involved a landlord by name Victor Stephen Nana Kankam shooting his tenant Benjamin Okyere who we understand is an uprising musician to death at Ofankor-Accra.
The landlord has since revealed that he shot and killed his tenant in self-defence.
Lots of Ghanaians have since condemned the gruesome murder of the tenant and most have questioned the state of mind of the landlord who shot to kill because with such a trivial reason.
Yesterday, the suspect was officially charged with murder at Abeka District Magistrate court and was remanded into prison custody.
Some of the relatives of the murdered tenant were present and cried inconsolably and uncontrollably at the forecourt of the court demanding justice for their relative.
