We have always said that Ghana is a sick country with dead head and wicked leaders. This assertion is being echoed following a video of a man believed to be Hassan Ayariga, leader of APC visited the abandoned affordable housing project at Saglemi.

In the video, the almost completed projects which runs into thousands of homes have been left to rot by the current NPP government just because it was stared by the previous NDC government.

Members of the National Democratic Congress who are in parliament, have pleaded with the party to forgive them after they approved ministrial nominees of president Akuffo Addo.

The MPS came under the wrath of Sammy Gyamfi, who serves as the NDC’S communications officer, for not rejecting the nominees.

Sammy Gyamfi did not hesitate to lambast the MPS as he referred to their act as a form of betrayal to the party.
The affected MPS have however requested for forgiveness from the party for going against its will.

They released a statement in which they begged the party to forgive them and also promised to stay loyal in the future.

“You may be disappointed in this outcome but we will not disappoint or let you down in the future,” the statement said.

They also denied allegations that their actions were influenced by collecting bribe.

Bridget Otoo, the unofficial PRO for Ghana’s biggest opposition political party, NDC has decided to disgrace musician and entrepreneur D-Black on Twitter after the latter tried to react to something she said in relation to President Akufo-Addo‘s Independence Day speech read on March 6, 2021.

Bridget Otoo was not happy with a portion of President Akufo-Addo’s speech that reads: “64 years ago, we freed our nation, Ghana, from the shackles of colonialism and imperialism. We were the first nation, in colonial Africa, to gain our independence from the colonial power, and, thus, became the torchbearer of the struggle for liberation of the African continent”.

The communications director of the National Democratic Congress, Sammy Gyamfi, has lambasted some members of the party’s leadership for their approval of some ministral positions recently.

Venting his anger in a long Facebook post, the outspoken NDC man likened the behavior of the party leaders, mainly Haruna Iddrisu and Muntaka Mubarak, to that of betrayal.

He even descended on speaker of parliament, Alban Bagbin. He stated that these men were looking out for their own selfish interest and betrayed the party in the process.

Sammy Gyamfi further stressed, that such acts was only going to motivate himself and others like him to keep fighting for the NDC party.

His comments follow the approval of some 13 ministers by the parliament.

“They brazenly defied the leadership of the party and betrayed the collective good for their selfish interest. The shame they have brought on the party will forever hang like an albatross around their necks,” he said.

He also stated that, he was in agreement with the idea of changing the leadership of the NDC party.

“Rather, let it strengthen us to fight for this party. We all have an equal stake in this party. They are few, we are many. Some have sold their conscience but ours is intact. And we, can work together to rebuild the party from the ashes of 3rd March 2021, which I call “Black Wednesday”- Our day of self-inflicted shame,” he continued.

In the post he shared on his Facebook wall, Dukor Mevi mentions a live video captured on the Facebook of one Princess Law, from the birthday party thrown for a former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Microfinance & Small Loans Centre (MASLOC), Sedina Tamakloe-Attionu as enough reason why the party’s supporters must sit up and learn some sense.

A video report sighted by thegossipmall.com reveals that an appreciable number of supporters of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) and John Mahama have gathered at the premises of the EC to protest.
